Is the Home Renovation Savings Program still available?
Delivered by Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas. Runs as two separate streams. The no-assessment stream covers heat pumps, solar, battery, standalone attic insulation, smart thermostats and appliances, each with its own cap. The assessment stream covers full insulation, windows and doors, air sealing and heat pump water heaters, and requires at least two of those four. Air-source heat pumps pay $1,250/ton to $7,500 on non-gas homes and $500/ton to $2,000 on Enbridge gas homes. Ground-source pays $2,000/ton to $12,000 non-gas, or a flat $3,000 on gas.

Where this applies
On record for 1 province. Each has its own page listing every program available there.
Why this page has a date on it
Rebate programs change on budget cycles and the pages that rank for them mostly don't. No figure here appears without the date it was last checked against the administering body's own page. Where official and secondary sources disagree, both readings are shown rather than quietly resolved. Closed programs stay published and marked closed, because burying them is how the myths spread. The full dataset is open at rebatestack.ca/data.json.
