Direct-install model. A provincial delivery partner manages the work and eligible households pay nothing out of pocket. A pre-install assessment decides which upgrades happen.
Closed. July 31, 2026 was the last day to apply. Homeowners who applied before that date have until January 31, 2027 to upload documents, and all work must be completed and paid for before that deadline. Many pages published earlier in 2026 still present this as open.
