Closed. July 31, 2026 was the last day to apply. Homeowners who applied before that date have until January 31, 2027 to upload documents, and all work must be completed and paid for before that deadline. Many pages published earlier in 2026 still present this as open.

Rebate programs change on budget cycles and the pages that rank for them mostly don't. No figure here appears without the date it was last checked against the administering body's own page.
